We will provide full shipping insurance for your order. We strongly advise all customers to check the package carefully for any breakage or tampering before receiving or signing.

By estimating the approximate number of days it will take to process, package and ship your order, we obtain the arrival date of each item.
-If you place your order before the deadline of the normal working day (Monday to Friday), your order will be processed on that day.
-If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the normal working day deadline, your order will be processed from the next working day.

If you cannot sign for it, or want someone else to sign for it, you can ask for the goods to be shipped to your local pick-up point so that you can sign for and pick it up at your convenience

The order status
After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once the item in the order is shipped, you will receive the corresponding delivery confirmation email. This message will contain a tracking number. Please track your package via the link to this tracking number 24 hours after you receive the message. If the items in the order are shipped separately or cancelled, you will receive the corresponding email notification. You can log in to your account and click “My Account” to view your order online.
