We will send you a confirmation email with order details and mailing details.
You can view the status of your order in the Order History area in my Account or select Track Your Order.You can also contact the customer service team at Reheadtan549@Gmail.Com.Your order history lists the current status of the outstanding order.

Order and Delivery
When you place an order, please carefully confirm the name, price, quantity, model, specification, size, contact address, telephone number, consignee and other information of the goods purchased.If the consignee’s contact phone number, address and other information you filled in is wrong, resulting in customprintideas or the shipping company delivering the goods to the consignee who is not your original intention, you shall bear the loss caused thereby.

You must not use a false email address or other identifiable information to impersonate any person or entity or otherwise mislead the source of any content. You are not allowed to upload any content involving other people’s trade secrets to this website.

Why can’t I get the payment for my order through?
1. The billing address/information you entered may not match your bank account information.
2. Please try another payment method to complete this order.
3. Before placing an order, make sure you have enough money in your account.

Delivery status shows delivery, but I haven’t received the package yet.

If your tracking information shows that your package arrived but could not be found:
Within 48 hours of expected delivery…
1. Verify your shipping address.
2. Find notifications that are trying to deliver.
3. Look around to see where the package was delivered.
4. Check to see if others have accepted the delivery.
5. If the bag has been delivered to the “Delivery address at the reception door”, the customer is responsible for retrieving or locating the bag.

Other
Any provision of this Agreement, for whatever reason, is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, shall be deemed to be divisible and shall not affect the validity, binding and enforceability of any remaining provisions of this Agreement.
